All athletes who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate in the race.
ITALIAN athletes must hold a valid F.I.S.I. membership card for the 2024/2025 winter season or a competitive medical certificate for sports activities requiring high cardiovascular effort, issued by a Sports Medicine Center (Category B) and valid on the day of the race.
FOREIGN athletes can participate without any documentation (neither membership nor medical certificate).

You can reach the pasta party located at Plaza Placheda (Via Saroch 1098/a) by car (using the free parking in front of the building) or by the free local public transport service, getting off at the ‘Plaza Placheda’ stop, which is served by the blue and green lines.
Extra tickets for the meal can be purchased for accompanying persons at a cost of €15,00 each, directly at the Race Office, before the opening of the pasta party (from 12:30 PM on Sunday, December 15, 2024).
You can pick up your bib at the Race Office located at Plaza Placheda (Via Saroch 1098/a):
- Saturday, December 14th from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Sunday, December 15th from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Inside the technical bag, you will find:
– Bib number with a disposable chip (it does not need to be returned at the end of the race)
– Voucher for the Pasta Party
– Sticker ticket to be applied to your clothing bag (for possible backpack storage in the starting area)
The start and finish lines of the race are located at the Cross-Country Skiing Stadium, at Via Isola 113.
Access to the starting grid corresponding to your bib number is allowed from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM on Sunday, December 15th.
The choice of the starting group was made by the athlete during registration, selecting one of the following options:
– Group 1 – High-level athletes
– Group 2 – Good-level athletes
– Group 3 – Amateurs
Personal belongings should be placed inside the colored bag (provided in the race packet), on which the sticker ticket from the technical bag must be applied.
The bag can then be dropped off in the changing area (set up with a tent structure) next to the starting line.
This service is free, not supervised, and heated.

A free shower service is available after the race at Plaza Placheda (Via Saroch 1098/a).
The flower ceremony will take place in the finish area after the arrival of the first 3 male and female finishers.
The official awards ceremony for the BWT Sgambeda will be held at Plaza Placheda at 3:00 PM on Sunday, December 15th.
